Columbus - Former AC Humko Project: - Click here to view slide show
The City of Columbus was awarded a $3 million CORF grant for demolition, cleanup, and infrastructure activities at a former vegetable oil refinery plant. Located in the Harrison West neighborhood, local residents took a sincere interest in the project. Developer Mark Wagenbrenner and Royal Tallow Holdings Ltd worked closely with the local neighborhood societies in the development and design plans of the new Harrison Park housing complex. Homes and flats have been constructed and are available for purchase. Total redevelopment costs are estimated at $80 million.
