Toledo - Marina and Former ACME Power Plant Projects: - Click here to view slide show The City of Toledo was awarded two $3 million CORF grants to conduct asbestos abatement as well as soil and groundwater remediation activities. The former Toledo Edison power plant property is 29.25-acres of a much larger 125-acre Marina District Redevelopment effort. The property is now under development. The new Glasshouse has been constructed with new docks and shoring along the waterfront. The development also calls for mixed residential/commercial area and some public access to the waterfront. |
