  • Eligible applicants who are a local political subdivision, as defined in Section 164.20 (A) of the Revised Code, and are not a county, municipal corporation or township, must request that a Subdivision-Applicant Code be assigned by the Commission.

Requests must be in writing on the local political subdivisions letterhead and signed by their chief executive officer.

  • Eligible applicants who are a nonprofit organization, as defined in Section 164.20 (B) of the Revised Code must request that a Subdivision-Applicant Code be assigned by the Commission.
